You may use the site for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes — researching and comparing storage products. You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping or copying its data at scale, attempting to disrupt or compromise it, or using it in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms.

2. No warranty on price or specification accuracy

The site provides price, capacity, specification and cost-per-terabyte information for comparison only. While we refresh data daily and strive for accuracy, prices, availability and specifications change constantly and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong at any given moment. We make no warranty that any information on the site is accurate, current or complete. Always verify the live price and details at the retailer before purchasing. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell at any displayed price.

3. Affiliate relationships

The site participates in affiliate programmes and may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through outbound links, at no extra cost to you. 4. No professional advice

Content on the site, including guides and the blog, is general information, not professional, financial or data-protection advice. You are responsible for your own purchasing and data-management decisions. We strongly encourage independent backups; we are not responsible for any data loss.

The site’s original content — text, layout, design, original graphics and the compiled arrangement of its data — is owned by harddisc.net or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
